The system enables researchers to submit proposals online, upload required documents, and track application status, while forest officials efficiently manage evaluations, approvals, and compliance through a centralized workflow. By digitizing the entire research permission process, REACH enhances transparency, reduces administrative effort, and supports scientific research and sustainable conservation initiatives within the state's protected forests.
